Christmas Sugar Cookie Ingredients
Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, baking soda, salt, vanilla flavor.
Drop Cookie Baking Instructions
You Will Need:
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine butter, egg and water in a large bowl. Add mix and fold together until dough forms.
- Place rounded teaspoons of dough onto baking sheet about 2” apart. For a larger, flatter cookie, press dough on cookie sheet to form a 1”-2” circle.
- Bake 9-10 minutes for chewy cookies, 11-12 minutes for crispy cookies.
Option: Sprinkle with sugar, or cinnamon and sugar before baking
Cut-Out Cookies Baking Instructions
You Will Need:
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
- Combine butter, egg and water in a large bowl. Add mix and fold together until dough forms.
- Wrap dough in waxed paper and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out dough to about 1/8” thickness. Cut out dough with cookie cutter and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges firm.
Option: Sprinkle with sugar, or cinnamon and sugar before
baking.
