You Will Need:
1 Box Firenza Jalapeno & Cheddar Corn Bread Mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
1. Heat oven to 350°. While oven is pre-heating, grease 8″x8″x2″ baking pan.
2. Blend milk, eggs, oil and mix together in a large bowl. Stir until moistened, about 30 seconds.
3. Spoon batter into 24 mini muffin cups about ¾ full.
4. Bake 13-17 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool before serving.

You can call them little cupcakes if you want, but we call them mini bites of chocolate ecstasy. This recipe will make 24 mini cupcakes enough for a whole party if you can keep them from being eaten as soon as they’re out of the oven.
You Will Need:
1 Box Firenza Chocolate Ecstasy Cake Mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Beat eggs, milk, oil and cake mix together in a large bowl at low speed for about 30 seconds. Scrape bowl. Beat 3 more minutes at low speed, or stir by hand.
3. Spoon batter into 24 mini muffin cups about ¾ full.
4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake pulls out clean. Remove from oven.

Whether you’re having company over for breakfast or just want to be able to grab something home baked as you head out the door for work, our Wonderful Wake-Up Bread is just the ticket. Make it the night before, let it cool at room temperature, and then slice it in the morning.
You Will Need:
1 Box FirenzaTraditional Beer Bread Mix
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp ground coffee
12 oz. beer (1 can) or sparkling water
2 Tbsp. melted butter (optional)
1. Heat oven to 350° for metal pans, 325° for glass pans.
2. In a large bowl add sugar, cinnamon and ground coffee to bread mix combine with beer and mix about 30 seconds. Do not over mix.
3. Place dough into greased 9″ x 5″ pan, filling corners.
4. Pour 2 Tbsp. melted butter on top (optional).
5. Bake 50-55 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool overnight and slice in the morning.

1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp water
1. Heat oven to 325°. While oven is pre-heating, grease 8″x8″x2″ baking pan.
2. Blend eggs, water, and butter together in a large bowl. Add brownie mix, allspice, ground cloves, and cinnamon. Stir until moistened, about 30 seconds.
3. Empty batter into greased baking pan, filling corners.
4. Bake 32-36 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool before serving.

Why not make our Beer Bread into a more fluffy but still delectable bread using your bread machine? Add the ingredients to the bread machine, press a button and let the machine do the work for you. Use our Traditional Beer Bread mix, but with 10 oz. of room-temperature beer and some yeast. Follow your bread machine directions for the regular or white bread cycle on the light crust setting.

1. Heat oven to 350° for metal pans, 325° for glass pans.
2. Fold bread mix and beer together in a large bowl, about 30 seconds. Do not over mix.
3. Spread dough onto a greased 12” or 14” pizza pan.
4. Pour 2 Tbsp. melted butter on top (optional).
5. Bake 25-30 minutes for thick crust, 18- 20 for thin.
6. Remove from oven, add toppings and bake 5-10 more minutes.
