Beer Bread Pizza Crust
Our traditional beer bread also makes a great pizza crust. There’s nothing complicated to it and in less than 45 minutes you can be serving home made pizza.
You Will Need:
1 Box Firenza Traditional Beer Bread Mix
12 oz. beer (1 can) or sparkling water
2 Tbsp. melted butter (optional)
1. Heat oven to 350° for metal pans, 325° for glass pans.
2. Fold bread mix and beer together in a large bowl, about 30 seconds. Do not over mix.
3. Spread dough onto a greased 12” or 14” pizza pan.
4. Pour 2 Tbsp. melted butter on top (optional).
5. Bake 25-30 minutes for thick crust, 18- 20 for thin.
6. Remove from oven, add toppings and bake 5-10 more minutes.
