You Will Need:
1 Box Firenza Sugar Free Oatmeal Cookie Mix
½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
½ cup raisins
1 egg
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
1 tsp. water
1. Heat oven to 375˚.
2. Combine butter, egg and water in a large bowl. Add chocolate chips and raisins and mix and fold together until dough forms.
3. Place rounded teaspoons of dough onto baking sheet about 2″ apart.
4. Bake 9-11 minutes for soft, chewy cookies, 12-13 minutes for crispy cookies.
5. Remove from oven. Wait 3-5 minutes before removing cookies from baking sheet. Cool completely before eating.

1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil or melted butter

2. Blend milk, eggs, oil and mix together in a large bowl. Stir until moistened, about 30 seconds.
3. Spoon batter into 24 mini muffin cups about ¾ full.
4. Bake 13-17 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool before serving.

1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Beat eggs, milk, oil and cake mix together in a large bowl at low speed for about 30 seconds. Scrape bowl. Beat 3 more minutes at low speed, or stir by hand.
3. Spoon batter into 24 mini muffin cups about ¾ full.
4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake pulls out clean. Remove from oven.

1 Box FirenzaTraditional Beer Bread Mix
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp ground coffee
12 oz. beer (1 can) or sparkling water
2 Tbsp. melted butter (optional)
1. Heat oven to 350° for metal pans, 325° for glass pans.
2. In a large bowl add sugar, cinnamon and ground coffee to bread mix combine with beer and mix about 30 seconds. Do not over mix.
3. Place dough into greased 9″ x 5″ pan, filling corners.
4. Pour 2 Tbsp. melted butter on top (optional).
5. Bake 50-55 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool overnight and slice in the morning.
