You Will Need:
1 Box Firenza Sugar Free Oatmeal Cookie Mix
½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
½ cup raisins
1 egg
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
1 tsp. water
1. Heat oven to 375˚.
2. Combine butter, egg and water in a large bowl. Add chocolate chips and raisins and mix and fold together until dough forms.
3. Place rounded teaspoons of dough onto baking sheet about 2″ apart.
4. Bake 9-11 minutes for soft, chewy cookies, 12-13 minutes for crispy cookies.
5. Remove from oven. Wait 3-5 minutes before removing cookies from baking sheet. Cool completely before eating.

½ cup milk
½ cup oil

1. Heat oven to 350°. While oven is pre-heating, grease or lightly spray bottom of 9″ round cake pan.
2. Beat eggs, milk, oil and cake mix together in a large bowl at low speed for about 30 seconds. Scrape bowl. Beat 3 more minutes at low speed, or stir by hand.
3. Pour batter into baking pan.
4. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake pulls out clean. Remove from oven.
5. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Cool completely before frosting (optional).
