Making Chocolate Ecstasy Cake at altitude couldn’t be easier.  Just add 1-tablespoon all-purpose flour to the mix.

You Will Need:
1 Box Firenza Chocolate Ecstasy Cake Mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1Tbsp all-purpose flour

1. Heat oven to 350°. While oven is pre-heating, grease or lightly spray bottom of 9″ round cake pan.

2. Beat eggs, milk, oil and cake mix together in a large bowl at low speed for about 30 seconds. Scrape bowl. Beat 3 more minutes at low speed, or stir by hand.

3. Pour batter into baking pan.

4. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake pulls out clean. Remove from oven.

5. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Cool completely before frosting (optional).

If you’ve loved the taste of focaccia bread in a restaurant and thought that it would be great to make at home, but probably too difficult, guess again.  Using our mix and your bread machine, it couldn’t be easier. You’ll get the wonderful focaccia flavor in a traditional fluffy loaf.

You Will Need:
1 Box Firenza Garlic & Cheese Focaccia Mix or Firenza Sun-Dried Tomato & Cheese Focaccia Mix
10 oz. beer or sparkling water
2 tsp. dry active yeast (not included in mix)

1. Bring 1 ¼ cup (10 oz) beer to room temperature.

2. Add ingredients to your bread machine.

3. Follow bread machine owner’s manual directions.  Use the regular or white bread cycle on the light crust setting.
